If I will get 80 percentile than surely I will get admission in this college? N m English is not so good can I get a good placement?

It is not necessary that you will get admission because the CAT cutoff varies year to year. The problem with English language can be sorted, you can choose some elective subjects which focuses on presentation and communication skills.
