If I will score 20000rank in general categories than I get admission I ihm Bhopal in 3rd round of counciling.

The closing rank at IHM Bhopal in last year was 6440 in round-3 in open category. Hence at the rank of 20000 in general category, admission is difficult. For admission, your rank should be below 6500.
