If I write MAT exam in May 2018, will I get admission in the same year if I have sufficient marks in MAT?

If I apply for MAT May 2018, can I still get admission? I'm worried because some colleges that I checked are showing that the admission process is over and closed.

Yes, you can. If you appear for MAT, you'll be getting the results in 10-15 days. So, if you have any particular college in mind, you can tell them that you have appeared for the MAT exam and waiting for it's results, in maximum cases college agree to wait for results and reserve your seat. No, because MAT conducted in May 2018 is for getting admission in all b-schools for the next session of 2019-21.
