There are very Engineering colleges in India offering B.Tech Genetic Engineering course. Private Universities like SRMIST conducts its own entrance test SRMJEEE and also accepting the JEE Main scores. While the K. L. University Guntur admits students on the basis of ranks obtained in JEE Main/ KLEEE
