If my 1st year B.Sc results are AKTK with 6 backlogs at SPPU, can I get admission to the second year?

At SPPU, it is not possible to get promoted directly to the second year if you have backlogs in the first year called AKTK. But in case you have cleared those backlogs or are clearing them before the beginning of the second year, it is possible to go for the second year.
