if my ielts band are 6.5 overall but 5,5 in one module am i eligible for M.P.A. course

Hi there, The minimum English language requirement is IELTS 6.5 overall, with no band less than 6.0, so in this case, you would be requried either to resit an IELTS test (or equivalent), or you could do an ELICOS course on campus.
