If I got low score in my jee advanced and I want to admission in IIT gandhinager. I belong to o. B.c so in our Indian constitution belongs to o. B. C cast's Studnets will got them seat in colleges in Gujarat.

You can apply for admission, because there is low chances to get into IIT through JEE Marks.
