if my jee mains rank is between 70000-80000 may i got admission in any good and reputed governmental engineering college(any part of india)?

i am student of ranchi university, and i read in st. Xavier college. this year i appeared in 12th board exam and expecting 75-80% marks. my subjects were english,phy, chem, math, and computer.
