if my marks in boards and graduation are below 60% and i score above 85% den can i get admsn in known, reputed clg. for mba in finance

Eligibility for MBA is 50% in graduation. High score in graduation has weightage but if you score well in qualifying exam and give good GD & PI, you can always get admission in a reputed B-school. Try to score above 90 percentile in CAT or MAT, you will definitely get admission.
