If my score in JEE Mains is 89 (rank 76232), will I get admission to DTU or NSIT if I am from outside Delhi and belong to general category?

DTU and NSIT are bit reputed but in case of NSIT you can keep some hope. I don't think since you are from a General category with this score it's difficult.
