    Yes, you can get. If you are belonging to a special category, then it would be much easier getting into it. Otherwise, you may have to wait for the 3rd round and even for the mop up round. Note that while choosing and setting the college preference, with your ranking, you have to be very careful about your college preference. Otherwise, in some cases, it's happened that for not sequencing the choices properly many of the students don't get their wishing college although they've a good rank.

    Yes, you might get Jalpaiguri Government Engineering college in Mop-up or decentralised counselling. Other than that, you will get lower government colleges- Coochbehar Govt. Engineering College, Purulia Govt. Engineering College.
