If one has clear the entrance test for B.Com(Hons.) but achieved 49% (in 5 subjects) in 12th (ISC) then he will get admission in JMI or not?

If clears the competition and Entrance Test with flying colors and fulfills the minimum requisite eligibility criteria, he/she will surely get admission.

There's a requirement of 50% in your 12th class for a general category. Even if one clear the entrance test, he/she will be considered as disqualified.

Jamia is a government institution, that means, it is strict as hell. So, you do not have a shot there if you do not meet the minimum eligibility criteria.
