You need to research and select the appropriate universities/Countries. However, i would suggest you to complete your education and then go for higher

If you are complted oone stage further study you may do there.if its one yr again you have to start in there from first yr.

Better to complete one string of education from one place, otherwise it will reflect on your attitude later, in your CV.
