First, get a good rank in the entrance exams and secure a seat. Later you can avail bank loans. Nowadays, banks are giving much priority to education loans.

Prepare for entrance exams & if you crack any of them then you can get any good government institutions. They would obviously have less fees than the private one and afterwards you can apply for scholarships also. You can also check out for loan procedures if didn't get any of the above mentioned things.

Faculty of Management Studies-DU is the option for you. This is the top B-School in the country. Its placement ranges from 18 to 24 lacs pa. Its complete fees structure is 20,000 for 2-years (which is completely affordable for anybody). But you should be able to get admission in it because it's cutoff for general category is 98.6% in CAT exam followed by GD and PI.
    Best of luck.

You could apply for the scholarships provided by the government to the needy students. In addition, give exams like CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, etc. and achieve a good score and rank, then you can get admission in good government colleges where the fees is less.

If a student gets good rank in the entrance exams and go to a reputed college, they will easily get study loan from the bank. Some colleges also provide scholarships to the meritorious students.

To achieve a 300 rank under SC category, you would need about a 65-70 percentile, or a score of roughly 60-65 marks out of 198 in CAT 2025, depending on difficulty and normalization process. Final selection is also based on interview, academics, and work experience. Yes, you are fairly within touch, but I would encourage you to have a solid overall profile as well to increase your chances of admission.
