If say I have completed my graduation from commerce stream and now wants to pursue my career in Science field says in Dr?

Completed graduation so m I eligible to reapply and purse my career in Science field? Is there any rules that graduate from different streams can't purse career again through different stream? And can I apply through same university through which I have already completed my graduation?

If you have done your 10+2 as Science with Biology you can do. If you have not done, then you have to start from the 10+2 as Science streams. Thanks.
