My category rank is 175 and common rank is 6k+. Can I still select nift Mumbai, if the seats are still available on the category rank? Although my cutoff doesn't reach Mumbai. Can I still select nift Mumbai?

If seats are available in a college after the counselling round then they are open for everyone. Chances may be there, but college may impose its own rules.

I meant if the seat is still available till the day of my counselling. If I select is nift Mumbai and select it. Will I get nift Mumbai?
