If some had completed 2 SEM of MSsc IT from PTU and after that he did not continue his study and now duration of his registration for MSsc

is over but he want to continue his MSsc IT from 3rd Sem. Can you please tell me name of such universities which offer such facilities i.e. if a student has passed some semester from other universities can continue remaining semester in other university and they will provide him degree .

As per my knowledge credit transfer scheme is not allowed in M.Sc. It therefore it is very difficult to continue your M.Sc. IT course Inmy opinion you may contact PTU directly (ignoring Study center) or your regional coordinator the will help you in solving this problem.
