If someone clears UGC NET, is he eligible for (without B.Ed govt.) primary teacher & senior secondary teacher?

Hi Ankit,
For selection as teachers in government run schools Applicants must pass the CTET. The National Council for Teacher Education frames regulations and takes final decisions. CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) is conducted by CBSE and taken by aspirants aiming to become teachers in classes 1 to VIII, according to the guidelines of the National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE).
Eligibility for teachers Classes 1-5 : XII and Dip Elem Ed (2 year) or XII and Bachelors Elem Ed (4 years) /Dip Spl Ed/ Graduation and Dip Ed (2 years)
