If someone gets above 87%, will the student be able to get admission in B.Sc in statistics?
I'm a general category student expecting above 89% in 12th.

Yes, why not. There are a lot of colleges in which you can get admission. Some of them are-
Nizam College, Hyderabad
Bethune College, Kolkata
Guru Nanak College, Chennai
National Postgraduate College, Lucknow.
