Yes of course. Once you are done with your graduation and if you have achieved a high score in xat exam, you have a good chance of getting a call. Converting the call depends on many other factors like your profile CV etc. You may be questioned about your backlog once you reach the interview stage, but if you can justify it with something or the other, you can get an admit in to xlri -
Yes, it is possible as I know a student who completed his 4 year course in 5 years back log and is one of my friends at XL.
