Technically, you can join a degree program, but you will have to start from scratch (First Year). So, instead of that you can probably enroll for the PG Level course or maybe Second Year in Diploma. Not all colleges offer degree programs to Diploma holders, they might mention class 12th or equivalent, but in many cases it gets rejected as well, so check with the institution before applying.
