Your application this be marked DEFECTIVE. You will be informed via the e-mail, Short Service Message or telephone call from your respective Zone to RECTIFY it (by capturing new photograph and/or signature). You will be provided chances for rectifications up to the deadline after which your application will be either marked as PROVISIONAL or REJECTED.
