Once the application window is closed, candidates who have successfully applied were be given the option to edit the application forms. However, the option was made available only for a few days. If a duplicate form is filled by any candidate then his/her candidature would be cancelled. The application form was available online only. There is no printed PUBDET application form available. Students were also given a chance to edit their application forms once submitted, however, the portal was made available for a total of three days.

If you lose your confirmation page, you can get a duplicate by board. But you have to pay a processing fee of INR 500 by a bank draft in name of “West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board”. You can pay the fees in Kolkata.
