If ugc or dec will cancel the further approval or blacklist a university then the degrees which are allready being given are valid ?
Like if i have done bcom (correspondance)from a university which was eligible at that time and now due to some reasons dec is cancelling its approval then my degree is safe or not. I am not talking about value, i am just asking for govt job they will consider my degree or not.
Please reply soon.

Yes, while pursuing the education they must be approved by the UGC & DEC, then those degrees awarded before blacklisting will be treated as valid. Also provided those centres allotted as per the directives of the UGC norms.
