the eligibility for master is just graduation with mini. 50% marks.
so you can change the specialization.

Hi,
No it is not compulsory to opt for finance as specialization in MBA after completing BBA in finance, you may opt for any specialization like marketing, HR etc as your specialization in MBA as per your interest and liking.
However as per your profile pursuing MBA in finance would be the best op

It is not mandatory but yes beneficial as your past knowledge in the domain will be helpful while pursuing Post graduation.
Also in case you choose a different stream, you will be supposed to give explanation for changing the stream in your campus interviews.
