If we clear GATE exam in EEE branch can we join IIT and can we get good placement wt can be the package after my studies in IIT in EEE.

Just be clearing GATE it's not possible for you to get admission in IITs. You have get a good rank eligible to take admission in IITs. And if you pursue your M.Tech in any of the top IITs then you get placed with high packages in good companies.
