Dear Ali,
Diploma holders get direct II year admission for BE/B.Tech program in any University if the Diploma is recognised by technical Board of respective state.

Yes but for in that particular stream only.if your diploma is recognised then only.

Yes you can try in galgotia and also in sharda university for direstc admision in Btech leet , other university are like MM University , Chandigarh University , Chitkara University , LPU at the base of your previous qualification marks
