If we fail in JEE Mains 2018, is there any chance to get admission in any top colleges in Bangalore? I belong to SC category.

    Some colleges only require a valid JEE score and they don't see you fail or pass, but they see your academic performance in 10+2. If it is 60% and more then it is fine. You may get addmission in better colleges and there are some other colleges which organise their own entrance.
