If we have lately come to know about the examination when can we fill the form? Is there any second chance?

I am right now in standard 10 but because I have lately come to know about the eligibility test is there any chance for me to attempt for the next round of examination are there any chance for refilling the form? Or are there any competitive exams for which I can give out a try in coming months.
