If we lose a transfer certificate can we get another from the school. If yes, how to apply.

yes u can apply ,just contact the school administration , may be a little fine ,then u can have another one

The legal way is to register complaint at Police station as FIR and make request to concerned authority of school/college to issue its duplicate.
