If we paid a fee in 1st phase and got another college in 2nd phase, will the seat in 1st phase remains or will it get cancelled?

If you paid the fee in the first phase of TS EAMCET counseling and got another college in the second phase, your seat in the first phase will be cancelled. The seat will be allotted to the next candidate in the merit list.
