The basic eligibility criteria of NIFT's B.Des Fashion Design course is 10+2 in any streams. So you can do the Fashion design course if taking commerce and computer Science in 11th and 12th. The selection are based on Creative Ability Test CAT and General Ability Test (GAT), followed by a Situation Test to be undertaken by shortlisted candidates of the written examination.
