My Son (B Tech Computer Science) wishes to pursue Wireless Networking Programme from George Brown College Toronto. If this course is on the approved list of courses of UGC/AICTE of India. I also wish to confirm that if State Bank of India can grant an Education Loan for this course. thanks

Canadian Universities cannot be recognized by education bodies of India. UGC/AICTE are Indian education bodies. To answer your question, George Brown College is not approved by UGC/AICTEE Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.
