If you are looking for doing a masters degree for applying to canadaian embassy for a PR,which is better-IGNOU or Annamalai?

I am working with govt of india .I want to do Masters in English. But I cant spare much time for attending classes regularly even by distance education. Primary motive is to get a masters degree for applying to Canadian embassy for a PR.which has got bigger credentials: IGNOU or ANNAMALAI?
