I want to grow in my career as a manager in network testing domain. I am confused whether to go for IGNOU-MBA(operations) or Sikkim-Manipal MBA(project management). which is better?

After an MS its better that you carry on with a Doctoral level program than do a management course. The courses you have mentioned have equal demand but are mainly pursued by, but not certainly limited to Mechanical Engineering streams.
