1) MCA degree of IGNOU is fully recognized by AICTE/UGC/AIU/Indian Government etc
2) Yes you can join teaching field after MCA but you better do Mtech + PHD or MCA + NET exam + PHD before joining teaching field for better future and for avoiding tension about promotion related proble
