Yes , you have pretty good chances brother. :) First you can apply for AMIE. Amie is equivalent to B.tech. and you can complete it within four years. The fee is also economical. Or you can do Bsc. maths from Ignou and alongside start preparing for government jobs. :) :) If you have doubts regarding
