IIM-Indore Integrated Program in Management -Is the option to leave after 3years still available or will it be available in the near future?

they said students could leave after 3years & continue education elsewhere (obviously after getting a degree for those 3 years). But then they announced that has been ruled out.Now I read somewhere that they had applied for university status & wanted to tie up with foreign universities,So what now??
