its good decision as well as good news for all those students who are preparing for many engineering entrance examination in which most of the time spend on forms filling,different study strategy etc. common engineering entrance will be a single goal for all.

For average sudents it will really beneficial but it must have great impact on the instituties of iit-jee preparation... but overall it is good to have this change...

i am a up board student,i have got 70% in 12th exam.which is a good precentes but according to this i will got only 35 in jee so what to do next.

iseet not be accepted till 2013 it is not good for droppers so it follow from 2014

dont be silly who are opposing the proposal of iseet it is the best proposal because a student n the interviews or any exams aptitude mental ability test is useful even the subject is not boring for anybody everyone keep the interest on the subject and the brain of the student works sharper also so

IIT and AIEEE merging news is little bit shocking because it will increase parents pressure on the students because all parents would think that there son/daughter should obtain under 10000 rank.

the jee aspirants will be pressurised by the crowd and the competition and the complexity of exam will increase. the deserving student whose exam may go poor due to some luck factor wouldnt have any other choice even making into nits...

Thanx @aru but by merging AIEEE and JE-IIT, neither more best brains will come nor process will improve but yes, a lot of pressure from students' mind will reduce. Point of focus would be much clear and also the application process would become easier. .
