If you are talking about IIT mba then obviously IIM should be preferred if they are not very new iims else iit is a good option.

IIM will have better career opportunities in management while IIT will have better career opportunities in terms of technology. So, it is totally dependent on you to which side you wish to pursue you career.

I am not really sure what you are trying to ask. Please be a bit more specific. If you are asking what course SIBM pune offers, then the answer is Management. It is neither an IIT nor an IIM.
