im a student of btech first year in uktech.can i change/transfer my college in second year.

well in almost all universities you can change your college in 2nd year with branch .but that college should come under the university in which you are studying only then you can change it.
they set a minimum percentage and according to it they make their own merit list and then you can get admissio
