Dear Naveen, Yes you are eligible for pursuing IAS as your age is below 30 years . Any degree from UGC recognized university is valid for IAS. Dr.Ambedkar Open University is a UGC and DEC approved University so it makes you eligible for IAS examination . Hope you like the answer. THank you !
