    Dear Vivek,
Please tell me WHY you want to do Ph.D at THIS stage? Please do not mis-understand me, but I wish we could discuss what exactly are your plans after completion of this Ph.D- whether you wish for a "MID-CAREER Shift" as they call it, how old are you, are you married with children etc. In fact I appreciate your initiative unlike many who would declare they are "well settled" and drop any idea of further studies!
Awaiting your reply ti give you the BEST answer.

Integrated PhD is being offered at IISc Bangalore for B tech holders. Candidates should have qualified in JAM 2014 and marked IISc as one of their preferences on the online application available to qualified candidates when JAM 2014 results are declared. A short-list, determined by a cut-off mark for JAM 2014, will be drawn up. Candidates who have stated IISc as one of their preferences, and are on the short-list, will be called for an interview at IISc. Chennai Mathematical Institute (http://www.cmi.ac.in) also offers Integrated PhD for B Tech holders. You have a better option of doing a Phd in Management.
