Im changing my colage in 2nd puc karnataka. So i need to change from pcme to pcmc as d new colagedosnt have E sub. Can i do so?

The new collage accepts me if i any rule exists so that i can change from electronics to com. Thing is conform the rule. And know how can i change them. I m changing my colage from mysore to kodagu.
