im completed my bsc.i like to bcum news reader within 30,000rs fees in 6 months.is their any college for this? & i m very poor in english.

my ambition is 2 bcum a news reader in gud channel.bt i studied in kannada medium.if i join 4 big colleges im get afraid to communicate.so plz inform me best institute 4 my problem.or any certificate course in news reading.
