Hi Aniruddha,
You can go for any of the master's programme. They both are related to the same field and will give you a specialization rather than provide a foundation in all disciplines of public health.

Sorry to interrupt but MHA and MPH are quite different courses. MHA Masters in Hospital Administration you will be dealing with day to day administration of hospitals, coordinating with consultants, dealing with patient's attendees etc. MPH Masters in Public health you will be working at ground leve
