    Hi,
    As you are pursuing undergraduate course in electronics, you can pursue masters in same or related fields from US or Germany, there are many good universities in these countries, which offers MS degree in electronics and related fields.
    MS degree from universities in these countries is world wide acclaimed and acknowledged.The cost of education in Germany is very less as compare to US.
    To pursue MS form universities in Germany and US, you need to have:
    Good academic record, preferably 65%-70% plus in graduation.
    Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
    GRE score of 1200-1300 plus.
    TOEFL score of 85-90 plus or IELTS score
