Im doing b.com from J.D.B college, kota (u.o.k). is it possible to take admission in any of the colleges in jaipur?

Im doing b.com 1st year from J.D.B college, kota (u.o.k). is it possible to change university in 2nd year for the same course?

Nishtha, JDB Girls college located opposite to Stadium / Umed Bhanwan in the Nayapura area of Kota is affiliated college to the University of Kota. Where as colleges in Jaipur or of Rajashtan university / Japur university. So is is not merely change in college but change in the university as well. Y
