im doing bbm , this is my final year,after completing it i want to go abroad place canada , for doing ms in hrm so can i directly go

i had spoke to few counselors they said me.. canada is good option but there they require 4 years of graduation , plz may i know is it true or no.. i want to ms in hrm soon after i finish my bbm i dun wanna waste my tym soo plz help me
