Im doing Gniit (now at 2nd semstr) is it that doing Bca alone help me in getting a job in a good company or should i also do Mca ?

Ive passed my 12th(science) and was doing gniit all this while. Is doing Bsc(IT) same as Bca ? which will be more better !if in any case should i also do Msc(IT)/Mca ?
